Interim Elementary Assistant Principal- Dual Language School

Position Summary
Interim, 1 year only-The Dual Language Elementary School Assistant Principal supports the Principal in providing instructional, operational, and equity-centered leadership within a Spanish–English dual language elementary school. Reporting to the Principal or designee, this exempt position plays a key role in advancing bilingualism, biliteracy, academic achievement, and cultural competence through high-quality, culturally responsive instruction. The Assistant Principal collaborates with staff, students, families, and community partners to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging school climate, supports data-informed instructional improvement, and leads restorative, preventative approaches to student discipline. This role is essential to closing opportunity gaps and ensuring that all students—particularly historically underserved learners—receive the support needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The salary range for this position is $173,917–$181,052 for the 2026–27 school year, commensurate with experience. Please note, bilingual Spanish/ English is highly desirable.
